In this session, I will share the lessons learned from blending adventure, entrepreneurship, and community-building: from training local teams, managing them remotely while having a full time job, to creating safe and transformative travel experiences for women, and designing trips that benefit both visitors and hosts. Whether you’re a nomad, an entrepreneur, or a travel enthusiast, this talk demonstrates how travel can be a force for connection, skill-building, and real-world impact.
Alison is a long-term corporate remote worker who has lived and worked across Asia and Europe. She combines global experience with a passion for motorcycles and community impact. She founded a riding school in Nepal that trains local instructors and empowers livelihoods, and she leads women-only motorcycle tours that foster cultural exchange while funding riding training and economic mobility for marginalized women.
