Eligibility

The Bansko Nomad Fest 2025 T-Shirt Design Contest is open to individuals aged 18 and above. 

Contest Period
The Contest begins on March 1 and ends on March 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM (EET). Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

How to Enter
Participants must submit their original T-shirt design via the official Bansko Nomad Fest website. Each participant may submit only one design. By submitting, the participant confirms that their work is original and does not infringe on any copyrights or trademarks.

Design Guidelines

• The design must represent the spirit of the nomad community and Bansko Nomad Fest.
• It should be suitable for printing on a T-shirt.
• Contain BNF Logo

• Bansko, Bulgaria
• Optional: A Catchy Slogan
• No offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted material may be included.
• Designs must be submitted in high-resolution format  (.SVG, .AI, or .PDF preferred).

Winner Selection & Prize

• The winning design will be selected by an internal panel based on creativity, originality, and alignment with the festival theme.
• The winner will receive:
  
  • One (1) free ticket to Bansko Nomad Fest 2025.
  • Their design featured on official Bansko Nomad Fest merchandise.
• The winner will be announced on or before [Announcement Date]. The decision of the panel is final.

Rights & Usage
By submitting an entry, participants grant Bansko Nomad Fest OOD the non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute the design for promotional and commercial purposes. The winning design may be altered for production purposes.

Disqualification
Bansko Nomad Fest OOD reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to plagiarized designs, inappropriate content, or late submissions.

Liability & Indemnification
Bansko Nomad Fest OOD is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bansko Nomad Fest OOD from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their participation.

Privacy & Data Usage
Personal information collected during the Contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Changes & Cancellations
Bansko Nomad Fest OOD reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
