Bansko Nomad Fest is independent of any of the coworking spaces in Bansko, however we are busy negotiating some great deals with our local business partners. Details will be announced shortly via email updates if you've already purchased your ticket. If not, please subscribe to our newsletter for updates until you're ready to.

If you cannot attend Bansko Nomad Fest 2024 then you can transfer your ticket to a future Nomad Fest event - please just message uwe@banskonomadfest.com before June 23, 2024.

Tickets include access to event venues and the private event Facebook group, all keynotes and presentations, unconference sessions, most park activities, such as yoga, volleyball, quiz night, karaoke, and games. Tickets do not include food, accommodation or optional premium activities. A few activities, like printing your own t-shirts or mugs, may have a small additional charge to cover materials or request a pay-what-you-want donation towards charity. Premium Activities are optional activities that require payment of additional fees which will be bookable and paid in the event app. There will always be free activities programed as part of the schedule. Here are some sample prices for premium events, including transportation and VAT, final pricing in the app: Pool parties / hot springs (€10), ATV (€60), paintball (€30), horseback riding (€30), wine tasting tours (€50), rafting (€50), and guided hikes (€25). We aim to offer lower prices compared to booking directly with providers. Some events, like the opening night or bonfire, offer drinks on a pay-what-you-want basis, with proceeds going to local charities. Free water is available at venues; consider bringing a reusable water bottle. For dinners at restaurants or after-parties at clubs, you'll pay for food and drinks directly. Lunch deliveries can be ordered and paid for through the app or by visiting nearby restaurants.

The tax law in Bulgaria for event service operators requires them to charge VAT on its sales - regardless to whom we sell. We have to forward the VAT to the National Revenue Agency (NRA).In certain cases where customers have paid VAT on purchases, they have the opportunity to request a VAT refund directly from the NRA.
