Standard tickets and Silver Package Tickets:
Standard tickets and Silver package tickets are NOT refundable. By purchasing a ticket you agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund. However, your ticket is transferable either to a friend or to next years event.
If you cannot attend Bansko Nomad Fest 2025 please send a message to team@banskonomadfest.com before June 15, 2025 and advise that you either want to transfer your ticket to a future Nomad Fest event or provide details of a friend who you would like to transfer your ticket to.
Gold and Gold Plus Package Tickets:
The Accommodation part of the ticket is fully refundable if you send a message to team@banskonomadfest.com before the 30 April 2025. After this date the accommodation can be transferred to a friend if you email us before 27th May 2025.
Tickets include access to event venues and the private event Facebook group, all keynotes and presentations, unconference sessions, most park activities, such as yoga, volleyball, quiz night, karaoke, and games. Tickets do not include food, accommodation or optional premium activities. Premium Activities are optional activities that require payment of additional fees which will be bookable and paid through out ticketing platform. There will always be free activities programed as part of the schedule. Here are some sample prices for premium events, including transportation and VAT, : Pool parties / hot springs (€25-€30), Bonfire party (€10), Networking dinners (€35), ATV (€120), wine tasting and Rila Monastery tours(€50), rafting (€50). Some events, like the opening night offer drinks on a pay-what-you-want basis, with proceeds going to local charities. Free water is available at venues; consider bringing a reusable water bottle. For dinners at restaurants or after-parties at clubs, you'll pay for food and drinks directly.
The tax law in Bulgaria for event service operators requires them to charge VAT on its sales - regardless to whom we sell. We have to forward the VAT to the National Revenue Agency (NRA).In certain cases where customers have paid VAT on purchases, they have the opportunity to request a VAT refund directly from the NRA. It is important to understand that Bansko Nomad Fest is not authorized to refund the VAT to our clients directly. This process is strictly governed by the NRA.
