Cancellation Policy
For 2026 Event tickets: Purchased tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend for any reason, your purchase price can be converted to app credit. These can either be redeemed for future events or transferred to another user.
If we cannot hold the event for whatever reason then your ticket will be valid for the re-scheduled event or at a subsequent event.
Notes:
Indicative prices for add-ons: Pool Party and Hot Springs: €35; Bonfire night: €12; SPA day: €50 (prices are dependent on external providers & will be published closer to the event).
Brand Promotion: An industry ticket is required if participants wish to undertake any brand promotion in the event such as during unconferences.

COMMISSION & DISCOUNT
Affiliates will receive €25 for each ticket or package sold to first-time attendees only, using their unique Discount Code for Bansko Nomad Fest 2026 and the Industry Day. Each discount code will apply a €25 discount to each event.
Please note, that discount codes & commissions do not apply to Social Tickets.
BONUSES
T-shirts - will be available to be picked up in person only after the festival for all Affiliates who have sold at least 1 ticket.
Spa - A spa day for affiliates who have sold 4 or more tickets/packages will be arranged shortly after the festival.
Industry Day - Affiliates who sell 8 or more tickets will receive a complimentary ticket to the Industry Day.
The minimum payout amount for the Affiliate is 75 Euro which equates to 3 ticket/package sales. Payments shall be made in euros via bank transfer to a bank account nominated by the recipient, or as otherwise agreed. Transfer costs (if any) shall be paid by the recipient. The recipient is responsible for reporting to any tax authority if applicable.
Where the minimum payout threshold has not been met the Affiliate shall receive the equivalent commission as credit towards a ticket or package for Bansko Nomad Fest 2026.
Any tickets bought by the Affiliate under their name using their own discount code will not be eligible for a payout or credit or be counted towards ticket sales that receive a bonus but will still receive the 25 euro discount on the ticket.
Only tickets purchased using the Affiliates unique discount code for Bansko Nomad Fest will qualify for commission.Payments will be made after the conclusion of the Bansko Nomad Fest, no later than the 31st of August 2026.
Affiliates will receive payments solely for transactions that have been successfully completed. This Affiliate Program operates under a fair use policy, allowing the merchant to review each referral order. It's important to note that transactions resulting in chargebacks or refunds are ineligible for payout.
