Cancellation Policy
For 2027 Event tickets: Purchased tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend for any reason, your purchase price can be converted to app credit. These can either be redeemed for future events or transferred to another user.
If we cannot hold the event for whatever reason then your ticket will be valid for the re-scheduled event or at a subsequent event.

Who is the Standard Ticket best for ?
If you want the full week experience of Bansko Nomad Fest with access to all conference and unconference days, wellness and evening Park program to learn, network, dive deeper into the community and enjoy the full festival rhythm then the Standard Ticket is the ideal option. It provides you with the flexibility to choose which premium activites you attend with access to all sessions for the full week including the option to host an unconference session.
Who is the Social Ticket best for ?
If you’re short on time and can only attend for the Friday and Saturday, this is a great ticket to get a taster of Bansko Nomad fest. It only includes the conference and unconference program for Friday and Saturday plus the early morning wellness and evening Park program during the week.
If you’re mostly keen on the social side (meeting people, evening Park program and the epic parties)
