Cancellation Policy
For 2026 Event tickets: Purchased tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend for any reason, your purchase price can be converted to app credit. These can either be redeemed for future events or transferred to another user.
If we cannot hold the event for whatever reason then your ticket will be valid for the re-scheduled event or at a subsequent event.
Notes:
Indicative prices for add-ons: Pool Party and Hot Springs: €35; Bonfire night: €12; SPA day: €50 (prices are dependent on external providers & will be published closer to the event).
Brand Promotion: An industry ticket is required if participants wish to undertake any brand promotion in the event such as during unconferences.

Hotels & Guesthouses
There are an abundance of hotels including small family-run hotels & guesthouses in Bansko. For those looking for weekly accommodation just for the festival there are options that start at around 170 euros per week available on the major booking sites (booking.com. Hotels.com, Agoda.com etc)
For those who prefer some more independence and a quiet space to work, there are a huge selection of apartments in Bansko to suit a wide range of budgets and amenities.

The cheapest way to get to Bansko from Sofia is to get the local bus (around 10 euros) from Sofia Central Bus station. Tickets can be purchased at the bus station. To get to the Sofia Central bus station from the Airport you can get the Metro from the Airport (Terminal 2) to the Central Railway Metro stop. The Railway and Central Bus Station are next to each other.
Airport Transfers
The company Traventuria offers transfers directly from the airport. Times vary depending on the time and demand. You can book online via the traventuria.
Private Transfers
You can also arrange a private transfer to pick you up from Sofia Airport if there are a few of you travelling together. Private transfers are around 80-100 euros per car depending on the pick up time/season.

Taxi transport around Bansko
For local taxis within Bansko download the Taxi Stars App. Taxi’s are also usually available at the bus station so you can arrange a ride to your accommodation on arrival at the Bansko Bus station.
