Cancellation Policy
For 2026 Event tickets: Purchased tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend for any reason, your purchase price can be converted to app credit. These can either be redeemed for future events or transferred to another user.
If we cannot hold the event for whatever reason then your ticket will be valid for the re-scheduled event or at a subsequent event.
Notes:
Indicative prices for optional activities: Pool Party and Hot Springs: €40; Bonfire night: €15; SPA day: €60 (prices are dependent on external providers & will be finalised and published closer to the event).
Brand Promotion: An industry ticket is required if participants wish to undertake any brand promotion in the event such as during unconferences.
