While we encourage sharing valuable insights, overt promotion should be avoided. We can discuss sponsorship opportunities for additional visibility.

Yes, we will provide necessary audio-visual equipment.

Speakers are expected to deliver a presentation on their agreed topic and/or participate in panel discussions & workshops, etc as agreed individually with our event planner. Additionally, we encourage speakers to engage with attendees during networking sessions.

If you wish to host an un-conference session these are open to ticket holders via a pitch on the first day of the festival.
